MARK SHELLEY IN CALIFORNIA
TV Documentary, 45 Min., for arte, swr. A Film by Frei Werner Schuessler
AN ECO-ACTIVIST OF THE FIRST HOUR.
Mark Shelley is a wildlife filmmaker, marine biologist, environmental activist and eco-rebel. In his native California, he now wants to create more awareness for the highly endangered sea otter. For years, Mark has been fighting for a change in consciousness when it comes to dealing with our resources. As the father of a daughter, he sees it as his duty to leave behind a world worth living in. He also wants to help the often romanticized animal film genre to become more real.
